Am very new to qlikview, could anyone please suggest a book or start up guide to start off my qlikview entry. Thanks in advance.

I think Roberto made a good point about QlikView Community. You might also want to try answering some of the questions raised on the community. Even if you don't know the answer it is worth following the thread to see how other people solve a problem.
