Internal inconsistency, type D, detected. What is it's cause?

Where can I locate detailed logs about "Internal inconsistency, type D, detected"?

Thanks

My QVS crashes every day. Every 15 minutes, QVS refreshes a document NRT infos. Once a day, it crashes and windows logs trace this error:

The description for Event ID 120 from source QlikViewServer cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Internal inconsistency, type D, detected.

This could be a couple of things. One is bad memory in the server and the other is something in a QVW that isn't right.

QVS uses near to 60 GB of RAM, but my server has 144 GB of RAM.

My working set is Low=70%, high=90% and cahe=1%.

My windows 2008 server has 0 MB of virtual memory, to guarantee best performance.

Is there something wrong?

Is there any log where I can search for error details?

Thanks

Look at the QlikView server Event log. Most of the time the error will be logged there and right before the error you might find the QVW name that is causing the problem.

Hi guys,

This is what i came to know from other posts.
"The internal inconsistency errors are mere pointers to access violations in memory".

This issue has been there for a long time, hope Qliktech fixes this in one of their releases.

I faced this issue when trying to open a file as small as 11 MB.
