Source is SQL MS-CDC, we created full load + CDC task and perform DDL operation(add column) and Qlik replicate is captured that one.
Same operation we created when task in stopped state. Then we resumed the task, then table got suspended.
We tried to reload the table and task, while inserting a data in source and table got suspended. In that scenario, how should we run the task?
When I create a credential for Sharepoint (in either Personal , Shared or Data spaces), I am able to retrieve files successfully. However we were not able to share this data connection with anyone (even admins).
In other words, if another user tries to use the data connection in a load script, we get the following error message:
Cannot open file 'lib:xxxx' (Connector error: No refresh_token found for Office 365 Sharepoint).
Our expectation is that the token would be saved for the connection not having to generate a token for every single user. Also if it's not the case, how can we schedule a reload if the data connection can only work for a single user?
Hi,
I have previously successfully used If statements for the colour of bars in bar chart based on the sales year.
However, when I set the background colour to RGB (49,130,189) it works as expected but the If statement IF(SSDate_CY ='2023',RGB (49,130,189)) does not.
Anyone got any ideas why it is not working as expected as the statement was copied from a chart in another QV app that worked 100%
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
We have around 10 tasks which are triggered at the same time. I notice that after few tasks completed successfully, one of the task stuck at 50%progress(in Running status) even after generating the excel reports in output folder. So this and rest of the tasks stays in the queue for hours until i restart the 'Qlik NPrinting Engine'.
Any suggestions, please
Hello,
I have this load script for one of my app in Qliksense.
Table1:
Load
First_Name,
Last_Name,
Salary,
Fiscal_Year
SQL Select
FirstName as First_Name,
LastName as Last_Name,
Salary,
FY as Fiscal_Year
From XYZ_Table
In the sheet, I have this simple table with Fiscal_Year column that shows all the data for all the years.
User requested to filter the data to only shows the current year and two previous years. I have adjusted my code to this:
Table1:
Load
First_Name,
Last_Name,
Salary,
Fiscal_Year
SQL Select
FirstName as First_Name,
LasrName as Last_Name,
Salary,
FY as Fiscal_Year
From XYZ_Table
WHERE Fiscal_Year >= (YEAR(GETDATE())-2); //to get only year 2024 and 2023,2022//
It loaded successfully and I got no errors, but when I go to my table in the sheet, I still see years from 2016-2021
I am not sure what I am missing. Could someone please help me with this?
thank you!
In Qlik Sense Enterprise, when a user clicked on an app icon it would open the app in a new tab. This has become the preferred option by many. In Qlik SaaS, the default when a user clicks on an app is to open the window in the same tab, unless they use the sub-menu of the app and select "Open in new tab". Is there a way to change the default option for all users or at least at the space-level?
Hi everyone,
I hope this message finds you well. The reason of my message is that I'm working on a business flow in which I have to send a PDF report to some recipients based on their plan. For example, I have four customers, three of whom have the LIGHT plan (ID Plan 1) and one who as the FULL plan. In this automation, I would like to send the report to only those who have the LIGHT plan. However, the filter list block does not quite filter out the one with has the FULL plan (ID Plan 2).
I am getting of the four emails from a table I have in a Qlik App which is correct.
The condition I have in the filter list is the following:
However, I still have four items after filtering them.
On the other hand, here are the values that are stored in the variable, which are the emails based on their plan.
The emails are sent, but the mail block fails with the following error, “You must provide at least one recipient email address.” Therefore, the filter list block does not really filter that one value out.
Could anyone guide me of how to properly use the filter list block please?
Thanks a lot!

I have a bit of a strange problem; I admit I'm not the best at Set Analysis syntax in Qlik. I am trying to get a count of records where the return_date is between the trigger_date and trigger_date + 30/60/90/180/365/730 days.
I have tried the following formulas to no avail; it either miscounts the 30 days, or doesn't count them, or if it does when I change it to a larger value like 365 days it doesn't count them at all, what am I doing wrong here?
I did try this solution but it does not work for me.
Attempt 1:
=Count({<[Return_Dt.autoCalendar.Date]={">=$([Trigger_Dt.autoCalendar.Date]) <=$([Trigger_Dt.autoCalendar.Date]+30)"}>} Distinct RecordNum)
Attempt 2:
=Count({<Return_Dt.autoCalendar.Date={">=$(=Trigger_Dt.autoCalendar.Date) <=$(=Trigger_Dt.autoCalendar.Date+30)"}>} Distinct RecordNum)
Attempt 3:
=Count({< [Return_Dt.autoCalendar.Date]= {">=([Trigger_Dt.autoCalendar.Date]) <=([Trigger_Dt.autoCalendar.Date]+30)"} >} Distinct RecordNum)
