Google Map Issue

Hi,

I have implemented Google Map and got the data values on map. but when I zoom into particular place the background map disappears. I got only my values dot point

I have used scatter chart map and I followed this link http://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-5709 (step by step Google map integration).

I dont think u will have zoom in funtionality there. or by "zoom in" do u mean selecting some data?

Why I don't get zoom in functionality. If i select some place it has to show route map right?

Let me explain u what si done there.

1. with the name of sate or country that u have given in the field, it will search for the google map thro net and place this map as the background image. Please note the map u r seeing is a image.

2. when u have more that one fields in the selection, it will calculate the longitude and lattitude acceordinly, and plcae the bubbles over the map with x and y axis measures calculated from longitude and lattitude. so this will not probvide any zoom in funtionality.

If u select one city then the google map of the particular city will be set as the background, this is not as good as scrolllong to zoom in and zoom out.

if u want such funtionalities u should go for extensions.
