LDAP connection issue

Could anyone please tell me how to resolve LDAP issue.

I am getting error message as below:

QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA:

Error: OLEDB read failed

Please make sure that you have installed respective Oracle OLEDB client at your server side.

The error does not depend on a client since it occurs from time to time in my case.
