expression help - internet access

Hi.

Can anyone advised on an expression that will categorise all the scenarios on the attached app into the following - they are all variations of how it should be worded:

N/A - no access

Home Computer/Laptop

Tablet

Phone

Library/Internet Cafe

Refused to say

Other

At Work

Appreciate any help.

Use "Like".  If [Internet Access] like 'at work', 'At Work',

                         If [Internet Access] like 'computer','Computer,

                            If [Internet Access] like ' Home Computer /*', Home Computer/Laptop,  etc...

Use upper(Internet access) in the script.
