Balance Sheet

I am Preparing a Balance Sheet  and need to do the customized group order as per the expected output in the attachment.

So I have used Valuelist() function as my first Dimension and done the pivot table as per the excel sheet.

I want to suppress the second  Dimension when it comes to the following lines and show only first Dimension with the Total Value.

Total Assets
Total Liabilities
Net Assets

Look forward to hear your assistance.

Thank you.

Harsh

I think it's better to use an excel file as a lookup and define the parents and child there, by the way in your example you have to add parent dimension contains Assets and Liabilities.

Hi Manish

Your Method is worked for me. That is exactly what I wanted.

Performance wise it is little bit slow.

Thanks.

Hi Yousef

I haven't used excel file look up before but I think this is a better way to go for Profit & Loss, Balance sheet type of dashboard.

Thanks a lot.
