After applying filters in Report it goes back to default state in AccessPoint

Hi Friend,

          Actually i implemented a report(102 mb) which is having approximately total records are  17 lacks.in this Report there is  2 calendars Travel_Begin_ Date & Travel_End_Date and 5 fields in (Multi box object).

          In Access Point once he /She selected the filters click on "Run" button.

Note:- The problem is it is showing fine results for very less date(2-15days) ranges but it is not showing any result if they select

>1 month but it is working fine in Qlikview.and the user is in same page after 2 to 3 min but again he needs to select all fields(calendar,fields available in Multi box).but it is not giving any output.

Note:- my server is having 16 Gb RAM only

if i opened this application in qlikview RAM consumption is increasing up to 8 GB some times only and in some times it is not taking that much of RAM.

I have the Admin privileges for this document i checked the Max Session time out   is 1800 sec(3Min).

can any one give the solution it is urgent for me.
