Access point issue

Hello,

when I try to access a document using Access Point with IEPlugin on IE10 I have the following pop-up message from the browser:

If I choose "Open" it doesn't happen anything, if I try to save I have a message that says that it's not possible to download QVSTunnel_dll%3Fhost%3Dsrvqlikview file.

The full browser version works perfectly. What can I do to solve this issue?

It was an internet explorer 10 issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now it works perfectly.
