Bookmark Issue

hello

i have one issue on bookmarks, in my applications i changed some field from uppercase word to capitalized word, the user's bookmarks created with uppercase words don't operate after my update.

if i search a list, in upper, lower or whatever case it works fine, is there a parameter which can be tuned to change this behaviour ?

best regards

Philippe

Qlikview is case sensitive with regards to field names. A field called Sales is a different field to Qlikview than a field named SALES. If you rename fields you will have to redefine the bookmarks that include that field. There is no parameter to change this behaviour.

thank you for your answer, my question was not enough accurate

i changed the content of the field... not the field itself

The answer is still that you will have to redefine the bookmarks. A value 'Apple' is a different value than 'APPLE'. The search feature may ignore case when searching, but the rest of Qlikview is very much case-sensitive.

Thank you !

This behaviour looks weird to me because my opening trigger continue to work whatever the case of the selection made with it.
