Acess Denied to the Qlikiew Document - Document faled to load

Hi all,

I have been given a  qvw docucment, when I tried to open it I get this error message:

Access denied to the Qlikview document.

When I click on close the pop up message box I get this message:

The document//........failed to load

Please  can you advise to the possible reasons and solutions.

Looks like your application is access restricted , you may not have access to that report.

Kindly ask admin for the access.

Check whether you have allocated appropriate CALs for that document in Server Module.

The application was not developed my me. It was just passed on to me to use.

No, it is asking for none. Also I can view Qlikview Management Console, can I investigate further on the console?
