Access Point some time got error.

Hi All,

My user have face some error in access point , we are  using IE browser 10. What's the reason really i don't know. any one know the answer ,kindly help to me.

what is the version of qlikview you're using?

may be some addon or client IE setting issue.. try to install IE plugin and rester webservice in server

Can you confirm your QlikView version with Complete Built number.

Do you use any sort of Extension?

did it worked before ? what recent changes happened on server?

I am using Qlikview 11.20 SR6. we are didn't use any extension , some user only face this kind of problem. working fine for me.

Next Steps

Try by upgrading to IE11.

Let me know if that worked.

You will find pluggin in below location

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewPlugin

Yes that was server location, Yes if end use using IE pluggin.

First I would suggest yo to try by upgrading to IE 11.

if that doesn't work let me know will will investigate in some other direction
