Not able to open the dashboard, however my colleagues are able to open it

We are working in a team with QV 11.2 SR6.

Yesterday I was able to open the dashboard. However, today when I want to open the dashboard I am not able to open the dashboard, it hangs. 

I checked with an old version of the dashboard  (last week) and I am able to open that old version.

The other 2 people of the team are able to open the dashboard. Please, do you have any advice?

I was able to open it without data. So, I reloaded the file and I am able to open the dashboard again with data.
