Break Line chart

Hi Folks,

Is there any method in qlikview to break time series line chart on basis of data points.

Like I want my line chart to break if data is not present on some particular data point.

Try in the properties of the Chart object -> Dimensions -> Suppress When Values is Null.

Please find attached the demo app. I want Sale 2 to break on 23-11-2014 and again starts for other dates.

I would recommend to use Dots or a Bar instead. If you use the solution from Bhawna Gupta you need for every null or 0 value a new expression. With Bar or Dots it works fine.

Thnks for the time. But in my case, I have a huge data set and m not sure on which date data would be missing. Is there any dynamic way to acheive this?

Sure thre is a way, you just do it in the script with an if(isnull(),0,...)

I don't think from script it will work. Bcz Sales1 has txn for 23-11-2014, so we can't remove nulls here.
