How to create simple profit & loss from transaction file

Dear All,

     I am new to QlikView , I uploaded all transactions from our ERP to QlikView but I don't have the idea to showing the Profit and loss report via Qlik view. I saw many examples in the Qlik community but I am still lost of how to start.
