We are pleased to confirm that the first service release on the QlikView November 2017 track is now available on our download site. 12.20 SR1 will be the last service release for this year and includes more than 30 product defect fixes. You can find a list of all the fixes included in SR1 in the attached release notes. If you are using QlikView 11.20 please remember that support for QlikView 11.20 ends on 31 March 2018, with the option of purchasing extended support available should you need it. It is possible to upgrade from 11.20 (later SRs) to 12.20 SR1, but as with any major upgrade this should be thoroughly tested before upgrading any production environment.
