Support for QlikView 11.20 ends on 31 March 2018, with an extra cost Extended Support option available which extends support until 31 March 2019. We encourage our users to upgrade to QlikView 12.20 [November 2017 release] release as soon as possible. 12.20 SR3 is already available on our download site and 12.20 SR4 will be delivered around April 1 and regular service releases on the 12.20 track will follow on a roughly monthly release cadence.
