When troubleshooting any of the Connectors, start by taking a look at the log-file, which you can find at:
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Custom Data\QvSAPConnector\Log"
For the SQL Connector you have to add "log=1;" to the Connection string and re-run, since by default logging is turned off and only generates a minimal log-file when errors occur.
If you need to contact support always send the log-file and state the following version info:
- - QlikView
- - SAP Basis (you can find this in SAPGui -> System -> Status -> cick on magnifying glass. Take screenshot.
- - SAP Connector (if you have different versions on SAP and Client, state both)
