Hi folks; I'm getting married on the 14th of April 2018 (You're all invited of course ! ); and as you all know, the act of marriage demands a lot of expenses (and deep LOVE, obviously ! ).
So, to make things clearer and easier to me, and know exactly where my money is going, and who contributed (members of my family ) with me, I thought about creating an application with Qlik Sense, to track all of this and created it :
The source is 3 excel tables :
1) a table where all the expenses are stored (the actual expense, its budget and the contributor):
2) a table where we can find the initial contribution of anyone (then we track how much is left depends on actual expenses)
3) a table to describe what has been bought:
Some tranformations have been made in the script to fill the blanks and calculate new fields:
