Here is a Qlik Sense visualization app for you to play with around powerhouse fruits and vegetables. The data is from an article touting the most nutrient rich vegetables and fruits: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/06/05/powerhouse-fruits-vegetables_n_5446498.html
I obtained the data from the CDC website as provided by Dr. Jennifer Di Noia and added in some additional data to classify the items. It's fun to play around with and see which vegetables or fruits are the best.
Let me know if you have any other insights. Have fun exploring the data and go pick up some watercress!
