Publish the app as per department

Hello All

Kindly let me know if it is possible in Qlik sense or not. If yes, please guide.

I have created an app. It consists of various department and sub department.

For E.g.:

• A
  • A1
  • A2
  • A3
  • A4
• B
  • B1
  • B2
  • B3.. and so on....

I need to publish the app as a whole ( contains all dept and sub dept.) as well as department wise so that only the respective department people view the dashboard in different different streams.

For Eg

1. Operation Stream: Contain all dept and sub dept
2. Department A stream: Contain dept A and there sub dept.
3. Department B stream: Contain dept B and there sub dept

Please let me know if it make sense

hi,

whatever the app is published  that only user can see.

create :1)everyone stream

2)monitoring stream

3) video pulse

i) in video pulse  u can create  sub streams based on departments.

1) u can create  based on deprtment u can create a streams

by that user can see the published apps.

Thanks sir.. I am little confused.

I have created the streams as:

1. Operation Stream
2. Department A
3. Department B
4. Department C

I have created a app which consists all the department and sub department.

I have already publish the app in operation stream.

Now the problem I am facing is how to bifurcate the already created app in different department streams as the main app consist of all dept and sub dept.

Please guide

The app is published in operation stream. Just an FYI.. I am working in Qlik Sense hub

I have the copy of the publish app in development too so that I can make changes in it and if required publish again,

in Qmc there is one option User allocation 

there u can set u published app to perticular departments.
