QlikView Desktop export error

Hi, I'm new to QlikView & QlikView Desktop. I have completed the creation of a Dashboard and I want to export to MS Excel the data that I have on a table, when I press the right-click and select Export I get the following message: " Export failed, the object could not be saved."

Please advice what to do.

Does the user doing the technical part of the export have the permissions to write in the temp folder?

Try execute Qlik as administrator! It works for me

Hi Jose,

Try logging in with a user who has Root Admin privileges and then export. As Onno mentioned, also check if the user has necessary permissions to write in the target folder.
