Nprinting filters not working properly ?

Hi,

     I am creating Salesman filter for a particular salesman.

I have created  a filter for field salesman and in value column selected particular salesman and gave verify filter option.

This filter works sometimes correctly and not other times.

how figured it out or I am missing anything?

can Anyone give solution to this problem.

Hello

Several ideas:

• Try filter option "Clear selections"
• Remove the second filter from report: fields exclude each other case
• Check salesperson's name spelling

What Nprinting version you use?

Thanks for your ideas,

I am giving clear selection in connection itself,in filters i need to select particular value from salesman field inorder to show filtered data based on particular salesman.

The second filter also need because, i need to give second report in second sheet of excel sheet which show data based on second filter.

I am selecting salesperson name by selection not entering manually.

I am using nprinting version 16.2 (sr2 )

You use the same filter "Salesman for callentry" twice: 1st time on report level, 2nd - on task level. Try to remove filter in report task "weekly Reports"
