One Session is looping on my QV Server, what can I do ?

Hello,

I have a Qlikview Server 11.2 SR12 installed.

It uses Header authentification and sometimes, there is one session looping

In the Events log, the same authenticated user with the same Client Machine Authentification tries to connect every 10 seconds

What should i check and what can i do to stop it ?
