Hi all,

What are the advantages and disadvantages of developing in QlikView and then loading the data model into Qlik Sense?

I have seen numerous developers use this habit where they develop the data model in QlikView and then load it into Qlik Sense. The reason being it's faster to develop in QlikView than Qlik Sense.

Any thoughts from the experts?

Hi John,

Yes, I agree with you developing the data model in Qlikview is easier and user friendly as it has more transformation options than qliksense.

The only aspect I find more intuitive about Qliksense is the new debugger. This is really handy.
