If you need custom calculations in the script you can only write the data in a csv, write an own connector there you make the calculations and read the data back.

Thanks for your answer Konrad. I was thinking of writing some custom encryption/decryption function as Qlik Sense doesn't support it yet. Connector will work for calculations as you suggested but it will not for encryption/decryption as connectors don't allow to save data.
