Yes its possible, but this user must to be in Administrators Group of the machine(server)

To change user on services, only Administrator to that server can do that.

Indeed.

In the services control panel, right-click the service, select Properties... from the menu, goto the seond tab (in English it should be called "Log on" or something) and enter any credentials you would like this service to use instead of the current ones.

But you will need Administrator privileges to do this.
