Text Box Background Image won't display in- Nprinting

I have a text box with an image as the background but the image will not render in nprinitng.  The text box simply displays the current selections.  what am i missing?

Hi Deborah,

Make sure you are bringing the images to NPrinting as "Images" not as "Tables".

Thank you Carlos.  I am bringing in as image not table.  This is a Text object.

I am using version 16.2 (SR2) and don't have that issue, the background image displays correctly.  I don't see any special settings for the images properties in the template like "keep source formats", those are available only for the table objects.  Sorry but not sure what is causing this issue for you.
