It  worked out man, thanks for your help......i need a one more help from you , i known i should open a new thread but his problem is related to the same file i attached ,the thing is ,i have given  rating for each supplier based up on there total score in an excel sheet at script level,

so what i am looking is on selecting each supplier category rating i need to display there respective supplier in the table,

but the problem over here is it should take in to consider only auditor current score ,

screen12.png

what i mean is i should able to see this supplier  only if i select 'B' rating from supplier category but now it is considering under A rating ......i mean  my selection should only effect auditor current score column

Well, you know where the set records selectors are. You put them in the expressions yourself, right? If you want the expressions to take the selections into account the remove the filters from the set analysis expressions again.

the expression i wrote in the table is:

1)Self Evaluator Current Score:

FirstSortedValue(distinct {<ROLE={'SELF_EVAL'},MaterialName=,Category=,Decision=, ENSTEHDAT = >}TOTAL_SCORE, -DATE_OF_REVIEW)

2)Auditor Current Score:

FirstSortedValue(distinct {<ROLE={'EVAL'},MaterialName=,Category=,Decision=, ENSTEHDAT = >}TOTAL_SCORE, -DATE_OF_REVIEW)

so which filter should i need to remove to make my selection effect only on second expresion, I  mean the table should display the supplier names  based up on rating selected, considering only 2nd column
