Could you post the desired result, i.e. the list of customers that fulfill your condition?

I am still unclear how you want to combine the two facts into your 2 percent filter.

Your data looks like

As you can see the customers with lowest revenue are not the same customers with largest space occupied.

So I am still unclear how you want to do an intersection here. You can of course just filter the customers in the upper left quartal, if that's what you want.
