Unable to Download Qlik Sense and QlikView Desktop

I am trying to download the set up file for qlik sense and qlik view. As soon as I enter my details and send forum it is taking me to a page saying "Thank you for downloading". I am unable to download the tool. I have got the direct download link which says " Proxy server not responding" Please help me how to resolve this.

You web proxy server is not allowing to download I guess. Try using different computer where ISP is different.

Also check if pop up is blocked in your browser.
