Qlik Sense mobile timeout experiences?

We're running v2.2.3 in a multi node environment. We keep getting ( "An error occurred" The app has been closed. To continue working, please reload the app ) message after a few minutes. Had anyone else experienced this?

Our timeouts are set to 30 min.

We found the issue last week. Netscaler had a hidden client timeout.

Is this happening while user is on the app?  I mean on safari while user is using? or are you minimizing the safari and opening it again and then you are seeing this message?

This is happening when the user is in the app in safari. At random times.

Seems like a bug to me. It doesn't happen for me in older version 2.0.X.

have you tried opening a support ticket with Qlik?

Starting to think this is a safari browser issue. Anyone using safari experience read timeouts?

We are experiencing a similar issue with our App using Chrome.  If one adds a filter to the app, and then returns to the app 5-7 mins later, we get the "An Error Occurred"  The app has been closed. To continue working, please reload the app."

I forgot to mention that we are also on a multi node environment on QlikSense v 2.2.4.

‌From the title seems your problem happen only on mobile app, this means you experience the issue on iOS only? If so check the iOS automatic lock In the general settings. By default is 2 min, after this period of time iOS lock the device, switch off the screen and also all the data connections (for improve the energy consumption).
