How to see bookmark names in QMC

Hi,

How do I see bookmark names in QMC?

Under "Documents / document-name / Server / Server Objects" I can see a list of bookmarks that have been created.

I can see information such as:  ID,  Type,  Subtype,  Owner

But can I see the 'name' as provided by the user when they created it?

Without the name how do I know that I'm removing the correct bookmark?

From the user perspective I don't think that they can see the 'id', so I can't ask them to tell me that.

We're using QVS 11.20.12904.0409.10

Cheers,

Dave

You can use the SharedFileViewer powertool to export all current Bookmarks with all their details from a .Shared file to an xml file. See: Power Tools 1.2 for QlikView

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the pointer to powertools I'll have a look.

But to get back to my original question: "how do I see bookmark names in the QMC?"

And maybe the answer is "I can't".

Cheers,

dave
