QMC - doesn't load task scheduling

Hi all,

Task not run and there aren't schedule information.

I've a cluster with 2 nodes. I try to restart Qlik services on every node but task in QMC can't start and aren't loaded schedule information.

I try also to restart 2 nodes but the issue is not resolved.

Thanks in advance,

Stefano

Thank you all for reply.

The issue was the antivirus that denied access to the shared folder.

We have restarted antivirus scan on folder and QMC load schedule date and hour correctly.

Thanks

Stefano

Have you enabled these ports between your two servers?

Ports, protocols to open in firewall for QV Server 10 or 11 ?

Thank you for your answers

The problem occurred now but the system is ready from several years, so all the problems with ports I think are not related to it.

Unless someone in IT has decided to harden your firewalls!

Do the services start on each node successfully?

What else has changed to cause this problem?

Are the servers physical or virtual?

only Qlikview is running in the server or any other running with same port?

if yes  stop other services . and try to  strt  Qvs once.

Try changing the authentication for the service by right clicking on them and reprovide the authentication details.

Type services.msc in Run

Stop the qlikview services.

Right CLick -- > Properties --> Log On

Provide the server credentials and then start the services again.

Thanks.

Two QVS nodes or two Publisher nodes?

Does the publisher have access to the QVPR directory? Or are you using a database to store task definitions?

Are you able to create new (dummy) tasks? If so, where do their definition files end up?
