PowerTools are testing tools and offered free of charge. They are not Qlik products and therefor unsupported. Qlik Support will tell you as such if you contact them.
Your only option is to ask Stefan Bäckstrand (the developer) by posting at the end of the commens section of Power Tools 1.2 for QlikView and hope for a response...
