Probably need a better explanation of your problem to help. To the best of my knowledge, On-Demand does not have a limit on current selections. When you say you have too many Current Selections, do you mean you are selecting too many values from one list box or too many values from many charts or dimensions?
Can you show us a screen shot or two, perhaps of your selections and your On-Demand button not being available?
