You can do this in PowerPoint. Create a table box in QlikView with the dimensions that you want to paginate with. When you add a page to the slide, select this table box.
This will have the effect of cycling thru all combinations of the dimensions in the table box. So if you have a table box with Country and Year, the slides will show all years for all countries in the data set.
