Will jobs running on distribution server will impact on app server?

We have one app server and one distribution server. Currently RAM utilization shwing 100% on APP server and 40% on Distribution server.
My question if jobs running of distribution server wIll it impact on App server aswell ?

No.

Two  jobs were running that time and utilization was 40% but somehow app server showing 100% utilization. I thought it may problem for distribution server. We have 128GB RAM and i have checked concurrent users was just 20. So i am little bit confused
