Qlikview Documents appearing twice in AccessPoint

I have a number of documents visible through the AccessPoint. However, the icons/detail listings for each of the documents is duplicated (i.e. identical reload times etc etc). Clicking on either allows access, but I'd like to get rid of the duplication which can cause confusion for users.

Any ideas?

I am able to see 4 mounted folders in screen shot. in each folder you have same file or different files you have?

If you don't have any files in Root folder try to change that to empty folder.

root folder has all this mounted folders, each mounted folders has single document but why did it created duplicates out side of mounted folders in user documents

Check the distribution path if you have publisher. Might be you are distributing to root folder from source document.
