Access Point 'loading content' message

Hi,

we're getting the "loading content" message in Access Point after entering credentials. We've never had this issue before and no changes were made on the server.

We are on Qlikview 11.20, windows  2012 R2, and using the Qlikview web server not IIS. I have seen numerous solutions provided here but they all pertain to IIS.

The version of .NET is 4.5.

What could be causing this?

Have a look to Windows update. Check if the problem has occurred after the last update.

The last Windows update were in January and we didn't have this problem until a few days ago.
