Qlik Sense ODBC Connector Problem

Hi Everyone,

I am facing problem  while i am creating the (ODBC) connector  in USER DIRECTORY CONNECTOR LIST, i am using My SQL Server so i need to get the users List from there so i am Using ODBC  connector . in that i am having two tables

1. bi_User_list

2. bi_attribute_List.

i have attached the error message. but if  i am loading the table in the script editor i can able to load . please help me

Hi Ramarajan,

I belive your layout of the tables bi_User_list & bi_attribute_List.

Please attach the layout and 1-2 data samples in the thread.

1. I needs to follow only the structure of the table only, 

2. the value of the field also I need to follow like "admin.konrad.mattheis" ?

1. yes you need only the structure

2. you can define the userid like you want, this is just my personal sample.

i got it , i have one small doubt if i was assigning the token to that users, how it will Authenticate, whether it will ask Username and Password or how it will work please explain little bit ?

Hi,

you have to authenticate the persons over ticket / saml authentication.

Username/Password is only with Windows Authentication in the standard possible.

For the rest you have to write own things.

Hi,

you can use passwords that are stored in the Windows System /local or Active Directory, OR you have to create a complete own user / password check website.
