Nprinting On-demand output delayed

We are using NPrinting 16.1 version for generating PPT output file on-demand.

We are having issues with the final output file not being generated(i.e, Consolidated image ouput file into NPrinting_Temporary_Distribution folder is not happening from NPrinting_Temporary_Produce).

This is happening randomly and web client still shows NPrinting in progress for more than 30 minutes.(Average completion of this job is 5 minutes or less).

Any pointers to help to solve this issue.

NPrinting 16.0 SR 4 has important On Demand performance updates which dramatically improve On Demand report performance.

Upgrade to this version to leverage this performance enhancement.

Hi Frank,

I want to know ,If 4 people sends on-demand request for generating PPT from accesspoint,

whether nprinting server  process it parallely  or serially.

All versions of NP 16 are single thread 32 bit application.

Each On Demand Job runs in series (one after the other) and not in parallel (at the same time).
