Aging for business secs ,minutes and hours

Hi all,

I have a requirement of calculating aging for a ticket ,but i want to calculate the aging with in the business days , i want this aging in secs,minutes,hours,days .do any one have idea of how to achieve this .

i am posting the sample data for the requirement.

the aging calculation should not have the Saturdays and Sundays

lets say i have opened a ticket on Wednesday and ticket resolved on Monday aging will be calculated as    6 days but i want to eliminate sat and sun so it has to be 4 days
