Hi All,

I have downloaded copies from both our US and Australian websites as a test and got the correct build in both cases.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled what i had for desktop to make sure that everything is OK.  I haven't experienced any issues yet.  Can you provide additional information that might help us pin this down?

did you happen to have the ODBC connector pack and the REST connector pack installed?  I had those installed, and I am trying to figure out if that was the problem right now.  If I install Sense 3.0 on a clean system, it works fine without a problem...

Got the suggestion from another post, apparently it is because of the blank space in the username.  Created another user without blank and it works fine!!!!

Make sure your document directory is in this format "c:\users\sampleuser\" and not in "c:\users\sample user" won't work with a space in the middle of the user name...

if you want to create a user without going through the hassle of creating microsoft account, you can press winkey-r and run the command "control userpasswords2" and create a local user without space that way~~ Good Luck!!

did you mean qvsource?? Qlik Sense 3.0 came with a web file connector and also other variations of data connectors if that is what you meant...
