How repeat formula in all lines of my excel nPrinting report

Hi,

I have an Excel Report in NPinting and in this report we have a table with x lines value.

My 2 first colums are Qlikview fields and my third column is an excel formula.

When I published my report, the excel formula stays on my first line but it isn't repeated on others lines. 

How can I do to repeat automatically this formula on all lines ?

You need to insert the qlikview fields by adding the chart as a level and not as data.

See attached image of template which has formulas which repeat.

NB if you want totals at the bottom of the column, the formula to insert must contain row 10 - 12 inclusive.
