Error installing sense certificate in nprinting server

i tried to follow the manual for installing sense certificates

Installing Qlik Sense certificates ‒ Qlik NPrinting

but i keep getting this error from the QmcCertificatesInstaller

what might be the problem

Hi,

I had a similar thing and I created the certificate with machine name + domain name and did not put a password, but only checked secret key and that worked for me. Might be different here tho. Read more about exporting the certificates here:
