Remove Measures button in Pivot Table

When I create a Pivot table in Qlik Sense there is a button that says Measures that appears over where the columns containing the measures are.

I want to either be able to remove this or rename it.  But I don't think that I can.

I'm affraid to tell you that I think that what you want isn't possible

Tried myself in a .qvf that I have and with no success I could remove the label nor rename it even in the latest version of Qlik Sense 3.0.0.0.
