After Updattion to 3.0 Qlik Sense not opening

I have recently updated my qlik sense to new version 3.0

but this is not opening up, i have tried several times, but not opening.

when i uninstall and install previous version , it works fine but when upgrade it , it shows as black(as attached)

please help!!!!

Thank Kristy, that has just pointed me towards a solution for the issue I was having.

The icon that appears on the task bar in Windows 10 when Sense is running is not linked to the EXE that is needed to launch Sense.  So, if you start Sense and then pin the icon then you are effectively pinning QlikSenseBrowser.exe - which as people have noticed above does nothing when run.

You need to ensure that you pin the correct EXE to the task bar in order for things to run.

What you then notice (or at least what I see in Sense) is a second taskbar icon when you launch Sense from the pinned start icon:

Not at all obvious what is going on when you encounter it.
