NPrinting Excel Row color based on a field value

Hi,

I have created an Excel Pivot table based on the helpful tutorials..

My question is:

1. How do I change a range defined for a Pivot table in the source sheet? Looks like It's not possible...

2. I would like to define the font color of the Excel table based on a value of a field in the straight table:

for example: if the value is , then the font should be red. otherwise - black.
Couldn't figure how to do it

Thanks!

Hello,

1. range is dynamic at row level ,if you uncheck keep source format property for tale.

2. you can use conditional formatting for changing color on value

Hi Mangal,

Re 1 - I have a chart defined in the Level, and what you offered  can't be

Re 2 - Is it an Excel feature? because I actually need to set the rule referring to a field which

should not be displayed in the Pivot table row.

Thanks!
