Import users on NPrinting 17(SR1)

hi folks..

  am working on NPrinting 17 a need only import users from NP16 to NP17 how can i do this ..

Unfortunately there is not a way to import users from NP16 to NP17. You will have to populate an Excel file with the user information and then create an Import Task in NP17.

At the bottom of that page there is also a link to an examples.zip file that contains the Excel template that needs to be used. For version 17, the columns and sheets need to follow a specific order and naming convention.
